## Description

At NEXT, we have a great opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our onsite nursery at the NEXT Head Office in Leicester. The nursery is rated OUTSTANDING in all areas by Ofsted.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will plan and implement sophisticated, age-appropriate activities that challenge and inspire individual development. You will manage comprehensive Records of Achievement for your allocated children, ensuring their milestones are documented with care. You will act as a professional point of contact for families, fostering a collaborative approach to their child’s learning journey. You will work closely with parents of children with SEND to ensure seamless integration and tailored support. You will maintain a culture of vigilance, adhering to strict safeguarding and Health & Safety protocols to ensure a secure environment. You will oversee the well-being of children, including nutritional needs, hygiene, and providing a comforting environment for rest and recovery.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A recognised Level 3 Nursery qualification (or working towards it) and a strong command of English.

- Deep practical knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and a proven track record of purposeful planning.

- The ability to liaise confidently with parents, carers, and senior management while maintaining strict confidentiality.

- An enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible approach. You should be someone who leads by example and is willing to support the team across all areas of the nursery operation.
