## Description

The On Premise Festival & Events Manager will lead the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull availability, presence, and brand in order to increase relevance and grow consumption across festivals and events.

Responsibilities include:

- Securing partnerships and listing with event suppliers

- Building and managing a strong network of external promoters, key influencers, and national decision makers

- Developing and delivering Red Bull owned events within bars, nightclubs, and festivals

- Managing and growing the On Premise team

- Analyzing event activities and tracking results

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years sales and/or consumer event experience

- In-depth knowledge of the On Premise and event marketing

- Strong event and festival industry knowledge

- Excellent planning and project management abilities

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to cultivate a team environment

- Creative mind

- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities
