## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT & Operational Coordinator to join our team. As an IT & Operational Coordinator, you will provide leadership and support to staff in relation to clinical systems, data quality, IT processes, and the effective use of practice systems.

**Main duties of the job:**

- Analyse and interpret data to ensure targets are achieved and accurate claims are returned to the reporting body.

- Support the Practice Manager with HR management, including staff annual appraisals and annual leave management.

- Provide leadership to the Reception and administrative support teams to optimise staff workflow and patient pathways.

- Ensure the smooth operation of clinical and non-clinical information and data management systems within the practice.

- Lead on IT-related processes, liaising with relevant IT providers and supporting the Practice Manager and GP Partners with the ongoing development of practice IT systems.

- Set targets and monitor standards for data entry and data collection undertaken by the administration team and Data Quality & IT Assistant.

**Requirements:**

- Previous General Practice leadership experience.

- Experience of leading and managing IT within a General Practice.

- Highly competent in the use of EMIS Web, including advanced EMIS functions.

- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.

- Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

**Desirable:**

- 3-5 years General practice Leadership experience.

- IT Skills.

- Familiar with ADVANCED EMIS Web Application.

**Salary:** Depending on experience.

**Contract:** Permanent, Full-time.
