## Description

We are seeking an intern to join our team, develop within our restaurant spaces, and learn to provide quality service.

Your main tasks:

- Follow your checklist to ensure the setup and smooth running of the service

- Work with Commis, Chefs de rang, and Floors managers to ensure good coordination and service flow

- Deliver food and drinks to customers

- Work while respecting Soho House standards (speed of service, grooming, etc.)

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, report to your supervisor in case of complaints

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the Club, dining areas, offices, and bars

- Welcome new interns and be able to train them in your role

- Actively participate in team briefings, be a force for proposal during these briefings

- Know the different menus, dish products, and recommend them with ease

The success of the internship and the development of tasks depend on each person's involvement and motivation.

Profile & Competencies:

- Professional English

- You are a student in hospitality and catering

- Attention to detail, developed sense of organisation

- A genuine interest in cultural events, media, and arts
