## Description

As a Customs Specialist, you won't just be starting a job; you'll be starting a career at the heart of international trade.

You'll join our core Customs team,a product poised for more than 10x growth in the next five years,and play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Navigating complex customs regulations to ensure goods comply with international laws.

- Managing essential documents and data for smooth customs clearance to CBP.

- Collaborating with international clients and logistics partners, providing them with timely information and support.

- Using Flexport's technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients.

- Participating in client business reviews and operational calls, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategy.

- Following and improving standard operating procedures to make work more efficient.

This role is for you if you:

- Recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Have a compliance-first mindset, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence.

- Are a natural problem-solver who pays close attention to details.

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to new technology, and aren't afraid of tight deadlines.

- Are a master of organization who can prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
