## HEAD OF MANUFACTURING

The duties of the Head of Manufacturing will include:

- Lead manufacturing operations (roll cage production, paintshop and assembly).

- In charge of expansion into similar services and adding additional services in line with strategy.

- Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals.

- Own and manage manufacturing budgets and full P&L responsibility.

- Drive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.

- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.

- Report directly to the CEO on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The Head of Manufacturing should have the following desired skillset:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, within motorsport or automotive sectors.

- Experience in business development and client management.

- Proven track record in managing complex production environments and budgets.

- Strong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes.

- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

- Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.

- Customer orientated.
