## Description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive significant growth in the financial crime market.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage existing accounts, focusing on retention and expansion

- Engage with senior decision makers at Fintechs, Payments Companies, Traditional banks, and Credit Unions

- Qualify opportunities, negotiate, and expand accounts

- Effectively manage pipeline, prioritise deals, and create urgency

- Overachieve retention targets against quarterly quotas

- Provide valuable market and product intelligence to Product and Strategy teams

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in account expansion and retention, ideally in a cloud/SaaS solution for financial services or regtech

- Demonstrable track record in managing a portfolio within a B2B sales environment

- Understanding of solution/value-based selling

- Ambition, motivation, and smart thinking

- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset

- Understanding of a standardised sales process (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
