## Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Airbnb Hotels team, a fast-growing group leading Airbnb's expansion into the hotel sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into net-new supply to support new-market launches and achieving quarterly goals.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup tech or hospitality company working in sales and/or account management. You will be proficient in both English and the local language, with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting and exceeding KPIs by owning the performance and success of assigned regions

- Prospecting new potential hotels through external research, networking, and use of Airbnb tools

- Securing new hotels involves targeted sales strategies and negotiating and closing deals

- Expertly positioning and communicating Airbnb's value proposition to new partners via phone, email, and in-person

- Adding net-new hotels by qualifying and moving leads through the funnel as quickly as possible, achieving defined quarterly goals

In terms of compensation, the base pay range for this role is $139,000-$163,000 USD, and may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
