## Description

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI. The Director of Finance, Supply Chain will lead the financial planning and analysis process for the supply chain and technical design organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning and analysis for supply chain and technical design organizations

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

- Partner with engineering teams to optimize financial considerations for hardware design

- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership to develop strategies that support business objectives

- Align with supply chain, product, and hardware engineering on infrastructure rate cards and BOM costing

- Optimize hardware cost and set savings targets across the portfolio

- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

- Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field

- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or operations finance

- Meaningful experience supporting supply chain, infrastructure, hardware, manufacturing or other capital-intensive operations

- Demonstrated people leadership, including building and developing high-performing teams

- Extensive experience with financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, ambiguous and highly matrixed environment

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Skills:

- MBA, CPA, CMA or another relevant advanced qualification

- Infrastructure, cloud, data-center, semiconductor, hardware or AI-compute experience

- Vendor economics, contract evaluation and strategic sourcing

- Infrastructure capacity planning and capital allocation

- Experience building new finance processes and reporting infrastructure in a high-growth organization

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location.
