## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Webinar Program Manager to own and scale their webinar program. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.

The Webinar Program Manager will be responsible for:

- Owning the webinar calendar end-to-end, including presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and reporting

- Keeping sessions practitioner-first and brief technical presenters

- Bringing data to topic planning and recommending what to run and what to retire

- Automating the production line and extending automation behind session setup and promotion

- Reporting on what happens after the session and connecting sessions to product adoption and pipeline

- Growing the program's reach and expanding into additional languages and formats

The company offers a base compensation range of $100,000 - $120,000, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum.

Requirements include hands-on experience with a webinar platform, comfort working with technical presenters, and experience with AI in their actual work.
