## Description

Priory Westfield View is seeking a Support Worker to join their team in Market Weighton, North Yorkshire.

The successful applicant will be working in a residential service providing assessment and support for adults living with Learning Disability diagnosis, Autism or Mental Health.

The role involves:

- Providing support in a person-centred way that promotes independence and social inclusion

- Supporting individuals to maintain a home of their own and lead rich and fulfilled lives

- Complying with all regulations as defined in policies, supervisions, and training sessions

- Attending supervisions, team meetings, and training sessions

- Providing good communication to manager and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have:

- A caring and respectful approach to supporting others

- Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures

- Experience in care or support work (desirable but not essential)
