## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide high-quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects.

The successful candidate will contribute to meeting client satisfaction objectives, develop modules and low-level designs, and monitor technical quality standards of onshore/offshore developers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing and analysing client requirements/problems and developing proposals

- Creating detailed documentation and specifications

- Performing basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions

- Assisting Analysts and Consultants in designing presentations

- Developing knowledge of services, consulting methodologies, and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry

- Understanding IQVIA technology solutions and their applications in client scenarios

- Validating client deliverables and directing the work of an offshore project team

The role requires:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3-5 years of related experience

- Effective time management skills

- Knowledge of fundamental business processes, consulting methods, tools, and techniques

- Understanding of the marketplace, industry, and major competitors
