## Description

Wealthsimple is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong SQL skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a passion for process improvement to join our Treasury team.

The Associate Treasury Reporting & Analytics role involves developing comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making. You will leverage internal systems and Kyriba Treasury Management System to extract, analyze, and report on treasury data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use in-house AI tools to optimize workflows and drive project success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making

- Leveraging Internal Systems and Kyriba Treasury Management System to extract, analyze, and report on treasury data

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and using in-house AI tools to optimize workflows and drive project success

- Designing, building, and refining intuitive, data-driven dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders

- Maintaining or developing multiple reporting deliverables with varying frequencies, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring consistent quality standards

- Supporting the team on complex projects within Treasury Cash and Collateral Management, facilitating communication and problem-solving across teams

- Conducting in-depth analysis using SQL and other tools to inform critical business decisions related to Treasury operations and strategy

- Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis

- Translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions, working closely with IT and data teams to optimize report performance

The ideal candidate will have:

- Relevant experience in Treasury and financial operations, banking and payments, or other operations roles in related fields

- Proven experience overseeing end-to-end report lifecycle management, from requirements gathering to delivery

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System, including report configuration, data extraction, and workflow optimization

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
