## Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter All Around to join our team at Ford Motor Company in Southeast Michigan locations. As a Carpenter All Around, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, including installing, repairing, and maintaining buildings, equipment, and facilities.

**Pay and Benefits:** You will be paid a top hourly base rate of $44.635, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $44.435 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform tasks of the trade, including standing for extended periods, walking unassisted, working at heights, and manipulating tools typical of the trade.

- Learn and follow safety rules and procedures, work in a team environment, treat co-workers with dignity and respect, and accept and follow instructions and requests from leadership.

- Understand and follow instructions, both oral and in writing.

**Qualifications:**

- Completed a bona fide apprenticeship, or have 8 years of previous experience, or have a combination of previous work experience and training equivalent to a bona fide apprenticeship program in the trade.

- Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining various carpentry-related tasks, including furniture and hardware, stairs, scaffolding, and wood platforms.

**Requirements:**

- Successful completion of a job interview, pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required.
