## Description

Snyk is investing in creating a best-in-class Analyst Relations function and is looking for an Analyst Relations Director to lead it. The successful candidate will have a direct line of sight to the CEO and executive leadership team. They will own how Snyk shows up to the analyst community and translate market trends into a point of view that executive leadership uses to make decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Own and execute Snyk's overall analyst relations strategy

- Build and manage high-trust relationships with key analysts

- Develop deep fluency in market categories and vendor landscapes

- Run the full analyst engagement motion, including briefings, inquiries, and research report submissions

- Present Snyk's market position and perspective to executive leadership and the CEO

- Negotiate and manage analyst firm contracts

- Support the Gartner Peer Insights customer review program

- Partner with the AI Engineering & Transformation team to build agentic tooling

- Triage internal requests for analyst interactions and ensure analyst intelligence is used

Requirements:

- Experience running or playing a lead role in an analyst relations program

- Track record of influencing Magic Quadrant, Wave, or MarketScape outcomes

- Ability to think in terms of market categories and vendor landscapes

- Executive presence and excellent communication skills

- Curiosity about using AI and agentic tooling to change how intelligence work gets done

Compensation:
