## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work varied shifts including Thursdays 19:00 - 23:00, Fridays 19:00 - 23:00, and Saturdays 13:15 - 23:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and thrive under pressure

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store
