## Description

Join TransPerfect as an Account Manager in Viby, Denmark. This full-time role involves developing new business relationships and serving as the first point of contact for existing clients.

As an Account Manager, you will:

- Develop an effective understanding of TransPerfect's services, benefits, and competitive advantages

- Identify prospective customers and focus on sales activities

- Build new client relationships through cold calling, internet research, and trade shows

- Work with Sales Management to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities

- Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect's services

- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with the Production Management Team

- Manage pricing and contractual issues by understanding company procedures

- Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide high-level service

- Perform other special projects or duties as required

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- An interest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development

- The ability to build and maintain relationships

- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English and Danish

- Good analytical skills for projecting revenues, monitoring budgets, and performing calculations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- A minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and coworkers, work as part of a team, and commit to a high level of service

Preferred skills and experience include:

- Previous Account Management experience

- Superior written and spoken communication skills in Swedish
