## Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technical Director to join our London office, focusing on the Data Centre sector with our Mission Critical Facilities team.

As a Technical Director, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data centre operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a team of skilled engineers and drive strategic initiatives

- Collaborate with industry leaders to shape the future of data centre technology

- Optimise energy consumption, enhance security protocols, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies

- Develop client relationships and brand within the UK and EMEA

- Meet monthly and annual budgets at a team level and continuously look for ways to improve performance

Requirements:

- Chartership through CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council or open to working towards this

- Mechanical Engineering expertise, particularly in HVAC, cooling systems, fuel systems, controls, and energy management

- Innovative problem-solving and leadership skills

- Strategic vision and project management proficiency

- Excellent communication skills

- Adaptability and customer focus
