## Description

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our Private Banking team in Düsseldorf, Benrath.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily cash balance and process transactions independently

- Provide support to customers with various inquiries and transactions

- Promote digital services to customers and explain their functions

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Ideally, a completed vocational training in a commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related field

- Reliable and team-oriented work style with high service orientation

- Friendly and confident demeanor with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics

- First experiences in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to consultants are beneficial
