**About the Role**

As 高级经理，营销员渠道业务培训, your responsibilities include:

- Designing training systems and management systems for branch institutions based on headquarters' training systems, management systems, and key KPIs;

- Formulating training plans, organising implementation, monitoring training processes, evaluating training effects, and organising training assessments;

- Cultivating local internal lecturers and honour lecturers, and establishing a local honour system;

- Executing headquarters' strategic projects, designing and executing branch projects;

- Conducting regular local training needs research, training performance analysis, and implementing standardised training management.

**Requirements**

- University bachelor's degree or above, 10+ years of experience in related financial or insurance industries;

- Good experience in business promotion and business training;

- Proficient in training, presentation, and communication skills;

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to solve problems under pressure.
