## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Stamford Care Home, located at 21 Watermill Lane, London N18 1SH. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care within the home.

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home

- Creating and updating individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records

- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home

- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice and dignity

- Building lasting relationships with residents and their families, as well as fostering a sense of community

- Developing strong relationships with local partners to raise the care home's profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct

- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families

- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
