## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 05:00-09:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, working in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

Benefits include:

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
