## Description

We are seeking a Field CTO (Japan) to join our team. As a Field CTO, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals and drive digital transformation.

You will work closely with our Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) organization and Technical Solutions (TS) team to provide strategic guidance to customers and prospects, and help drive growth and adoption of Datadog's products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic advice to C-level executives on observability and security

- Collaborating with customers to identify industry trends and opportunities

- Developing and delivering presentations and briefings to executive audiences

- Working with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and support customer success

- Identifying and acquiring top talent for our teams

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale application architecture

- Deep understanding of observability, cloud, and technical transformation in the Japanese market

- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills

- Experience working with C-level executives and other stakeholders

- Fluency in Japanese and English
