## Description

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to design and develop software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience. You will analyze user requirements and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

**Responsibilities**

- Design and develop software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience

- Work at all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interface and backend development

- Analyze user requirements and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision

- Support and lead projects within your organization with limited complexity, including the development of small to medium-sized system components

- Review functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned

- Provide peer support and help onboard new Associate Software Engineers to the team

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

- Typically requires 2 years of prior relevant experience
