## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section in Selly Oak, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

This is a seasonal, part-time role, available from December 13th and 20th, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours during these periods.
