## Description

Twitch is looking for a Director, Head of Product Marketing to build, lead, and elevate its global PMM function.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and establish Product Marketing as a proactive, high-velocity marketing engine and strategic driver.

Key responsibilities include:

- Architecting the Global PMM Discipline

- Defining the Value Translation for Creators

- Partnering on the Core Discovery & Product Roadmap

- Bridging Product to Partnerships & BD

- Championing Data-Backed Market & Audience Insights

- Turning Marketing into a Native Platform Feature

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in high-growth consumer tech, creator economy platforms, social networks, or two-sided marketplaces

- Radical Empathy for Creators & Communities

- Demonstrated Mastery of Two-Sided Platform Economics

- Exceptional Written and Narrative Rigor
