## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and provide optimal comfort for our clients at Ibis Styles Saint-Denis la Plaine, a 3-star hotel with 62 rooms.

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, locksmithing, and carpentry systems.

- Carry out small renovation and beautification work (painting, touch-ups) in rooms, common areas, and around the establishment.

- Identify and address technical failures reported.

- Ensure compliance with ERP installation regulations and proper functioning of fire safety systems.

- Update regulatory documents: safety register, health record (water risk management), and logbook.

- Monitor periodic controls (inspection offices) and ensure observations are addressed.

- Read energy meters (water, electricity, gas).

- Manage technical material stock.

- Organize and accompany external service providers.

- Respond quickly to room requests and advise clients on equipment usage (air conditioning, TV, lighting).

- Collaborate with all hotel services (reception, floors).

Qualifications:

- Electrical training (CAP/BEP/BAC Pro or equivalent) with up-to-date electrical certifications (or to be renewed).

- Three or more years of experience in building maintenance, hospitality, or ERP establishments.

- Administrative rigor (control and record traceability), autonomy, and reactivity.

- Neat appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
