## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Assistant to join our team at Porsche Centre Hamburg North-West. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Porsche Niederlassung Hamburg and provide a warm welcome to customers

- Manage service appointments and ensure timely completion of work

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure seamless communication

- Maintain accurate records and update customer information

- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and Porsche products
