## Description

We are seeking a Waiter/Captain to join our team at The Drawing Room in Hong Kong.

As a Waiter/Captain, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every experience is memorable and unique. You will work closely with our team to provide top-notch service, set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional service to guests

- Setting tables and event materials

- Communicating with the kitchen and other teams

- Interacting with guests and responding to their needs

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Following company policies and procedures

- Reporting maintenance needs, accidents, and injuries to management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
