## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Stockport Retail Park. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday: 12:00 - 16:00 Thursday: 12:00 - 16:00 Friday: 12:00 - 16:00 Saturday: 12:00 - 16:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

Digital confidence and teamwork are essential. You'll use tools like Sparks and in-store devices to serve customers effectively.
