## Description

We are seeking an AI Product Owner to drive the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives with strategic business impact. You will collaborate with world-class engineers to develop cutting-edge technology while ensuring meaningful value is delivered safely and responsibly. Your role involves owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment, balancing innovation with governance in a complex, regulated environment.

**Purpose of the role:** As an AI Product Owner, you will collaborate with product owners and technical teams to utilise your knowledge of the bank's technologies and enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

**Accountabilities:**

- Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.

- Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.

- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.

- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.

- Stay updated on the latest industry technology trends and evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills.

- Proven experience delivering products in enterprise agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, use cases, and business applications.

- Track record of translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.

- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision clearly.

**Desirable Skills:**

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML service offerings.

- Background in product management, business analysis, or technical domain expertise.

- Track record of leading agile transformation initiatives and coaching teams through organisational change.

- Proven experience navigating regulated environments and managing heightened governance requirements for tech change.
