## Description

We're seeking a Night Manager to join our team at Asda, leading the night shift to ensure seamless operations and high standards across all departments. You'll oversee the store during nighttime hours, working a rolling rota and 4 nights over 7, including weekends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy into action: plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor during night shifts

- Lead with impact: coach and lead night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards

- Execution-focused: ensure the shopfloor is presentable for customers before handing over to the day team

- Talent Development: listen with empathy, drive resilience, and encourage ownership within the team

**Requirements:**

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change

- Strong customer service focus

- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
