## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Carmarthen, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your work pattern will be:

- Sunday: 08:00-12:00

- Tuesday: 10:00-14:00

- Thursday: 10:00-14:00

- Saturday: 07:00-11:00

Please note that due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Ensuring the café operates smoothly and efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Working effectively as part of a team

- Being digitally confident and able to use our tools to take and fulfil orders quickly
