## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in designated areas, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures.

- Build partnership relationships with customers.

- Conduct effective customer visits to achieve work goals.

- Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities.

- Collect market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels.

- Analyze, feedback, and suggest improvements.

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments.

- Identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills under the guidance of superiors.

- Implement new initiatives and explore innovation and optimization opportunities within company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Education: University diploma or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.

- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, good English skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, learning willingness and ability, self-motivation, and pressure management.

- Experience: Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Integrity: Comply with company policies, industry standards, and laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China.
