## Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer on Stripe's Professional Services team, you'll work on high-visibility projects, providing technical expertise to customers to help them accelerate their knowledge, solution design, and integrations with Stripe.

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue

- Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture to code implementation

- Explain technical concepts and how Stripe works from both a product feature and API architecture perspective

- Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments

- Be the primary technical point of contact for large users' and partners' technical teams

- Provide recommendations, feedback, and best practices to the product and engineering teams

- Lead the establishment of a new regional office in Spain

## Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering

- Technical leadership on a large user-facing project

- Comfortable with code-level debugging and explaining technical concepts

- User-first approach with empathy for users and confidence engaging with customers

- Excellent communication in both Spanish and English

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a team lead and mentor to junior team members
