## Description

We are inviting passionate and committed individuals to join our Trust's Staff Bank as a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) at Band 6.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the provision, organisation, and direction of safe and person-centred nursing care approaches for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Covering shifts in various departments across Oxleas Trust

- Providing care to patients with complex and enduring mental health needs

- Developing and delivering self-management programmes face-to-face with service users

- Working with recovery-based approaches to care planning

- Delivering family interventions when trained and supervised

Requirements:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse

- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience

- Experience of supervising junior staff

- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team

- Excellent communication skills

We offer flexible working patterns, and the salary is £48,307 per year.
