## Description

At Soho House, a Public Space Attendant keeps all lobbies and public facilities in a neat and clean condition. The Public Space Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to members and guests and must be reliable, approachable, and have an acute eye for detail. A successful Public Space Attendant is trustworthy, organised, and dependable, with a great can-do attitude.

## Main Duties

- Responsible for routine walk-throughs and ensuring the overall tidiness, cleanliness, and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed, and F&B Spaces

- Maintain a clean and tidy property, including stocking and supplying designated facility areas

- Assist the housekeeping team with rooms, focusing on deep cleaning procedures

- Adhere to local and government compliance with health and safety regulations

- Perform and document daily inspection and maintenance activities

- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, including minor repairs and organising the stock room

- Proactively notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

## Required Skills/Qualifications

- At least 1+ year of proven working experience as a cleaner, maintenance, and/or housekeeper

- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive influence on team and all other staff

- Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

## Physical Requirements

- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands

- Must be able to make periodical fast-paced movements

- Must be able to move, pull, push, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds

- Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb
