## Description

We are seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Deal Desk Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and executing deals that are a 'win-win' for both customers and Twilio while optimizing corporate margin goals.

Responsibilities:

- Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements

- Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals

- Act as a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams

- Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ

- Establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales

- Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling

- Drive and participate in cross-functional project improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- Business proficiency or fluency in English

- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk or an analytical Go To Market role

- Demonstrated analytical and financial skills

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

- A diligent, detail-oriented skillset

- A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude

Location: This role will be remote, and based in Mexico. Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
