## Description

Develop at Ubisoft is a mentorship program designed for recent graduates and students looking to develop their skills in game design, audio, programming, or cybersecurity. This initiative supports individuals from historically underrepresented groups in the gaming industry and STEM fields.

The program runs from January to May 2027, during which selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be guided by volunteer developers from Ubisoft, including our mobile studios, who will provide feedback and advice throughout the mentorship to help them advance their personal projects.

In the Game Design stream, you will present a concept outlining your intentions and its impact on the player's experience, while following the production process of a game designer at Ubisoft.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

- Be at least 18 years old

- Currently enrolled in studies or graduated in spring 2024 or later

- Less than 2 years of professional experience

- Legally authorized to work in the country where the application is submitted

- Applications can only be submitted for a single location

- Only individual applications are accepted – team applications will not be considered

**This program aims to support early-career professionals from underrepresented groups in the industry – women and non-binary individuals.**
