## Description

We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service to clients of Five Star Solutions. This seasonal role involves answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services, particularly related to seasonal holiday ordering.

This is a remote, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, requiring a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred

- Previous 3-6 months of call center or office background experience a plus

- Basic computer skills

- Quick learner, able to work independently

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening

- Must be 18 years of age

- A background check will be required

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage large volumes of inbound or outbound calls efficiently

- Address customer questions and concerns across multiple communication channels

- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives

- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls

- Seize opportunities to upsell products

- Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure

- Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times

- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions

- Flexibility to cross-train as requested

**Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Requirements:**

- Provide your own equipment and workspace

- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed)

- Established dedicated work area

- Hardware/software requirements:

- Processor: Intel Core i5-8250U Series or greater

- Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher 64 bits

- Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred)

- USB headset

- Up-to-date antivirus software and enabled firewall
