## Description

House Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Operative to join our team at Cotswold Designer Outlet. As a House Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all areas of the outlet, including washrooms, bins, and mall areas

- Follow group and company policies and procedures

- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment

- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received

- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system

Requirements:

- Experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance role would be beneficial, though not always essential

- Understanding how to use personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Must be able to follow company policies, cleaning protocols, and safety regulations

- Ability to report any issues, communicate training needs, and provide feedback to management

- Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, supporting the team in various cleaning tasks

- Good attention to detail

- Work to routine schedules

- Ability to work on their own and as a team

- Excellent timekeeping

- Good communication skills
