## Description

The Ibis Budget hotel primarily caters to travellers seeking functional and affordable accommodation. As an Auxiliar de Manutenção, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on checklists for refrigeration machines, air conditioning, telephone equipment, collective antennas, TV and radio tuning, etc.

- Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks.

- Replace lamps, reactors, sockets, and other items.

- Inspect parking and garage areas, making necessary repairs and adjustments.

- Carry out all procedures in the area, following Autocontrol processes.

- Verify the functioning of water pumps daily, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7, and make repairs to related hydraulic items.

- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.

- Clean and paint technical areas.

- Organize documents from third-party companies.

- Complete open work orders in the system.
