Are you someone who loves nightlife and wants to be an indispensable business consultant for your clients? If so, you're a Mosqueteiro. At Red Bull, you'll develop sales and brand presence in the On Premise channel, building relationships, investments, marketing actions, and merchandising with nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

**Responsibilities**

- Live and breathe the Red Bull On Premise culture, demonstrating credibility, experience, and influential relationships.

- Develop and protect accounts in your region through permanent business analysis.

- Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in your territory through negotiation and execution with clients.

- Identify, care for, and continuously develop local and regional On Premise accounts through proper route planning.

- Ensure alignment with the Distributor's Sales Force to achieve adequate numerical distribution.

- Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure correct brand understanding.

- Negotiate and implement win-win commercial agreements.

- Commit to sending and preparing various reports on time.

- Manage the local On-premise channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage.

- Implement the On Premise marketing strategy using suitable tools to boost vertical growth.

- Ensure all marketing tools are used according to international guidelines.

- Differentiate the brand through innovative support, adding value to clients.

**Requirements**

- Completed higher education

- Experience in On Premise and/or Events

- Valid driver's license (Category B)

- Intermediate English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)

- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, dynamism, sense of urgency, organization, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving.

- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, music, style-fashion, self-confidence, enthusiasm, attention to detail, transparency, and assertiveness
