**Job Summary** The Senior Director, Legal Operations Consulting is responsible for leading and overseeing legal operations consulting services within the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**

- Lead and oversee legal operations consulting teams to deliver high-quality results.

- Develop and implement legal operations consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather legal operations consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

- Monitor legal operations consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on legal operations consulting status.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

- Experience: Required - Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal operations consulting or a related field. Preferred - Experience in leading legal operations consulting teams and managing large-scale legal operations consulting projects.

- Skills: Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Improvements, Coaching, Communication, Contract Management, End-to-End Project Management, Leadership, Legal Services Management, Operational Efficiency, Operations Management, People Management, Strategic, Technical Operations.

- Certifications: Preferred - Certified Legal Operations Professional (CLOP) or equivalent certification.

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
