## Description

As a Twilight Manager at Asda, you will manage and lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, while maintaining a safe and legal environment for customers and colleagues.

You will work a rolling rota and 5 shifts over 7, including weekend working between 14:00 and midnight.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive strategy into action: planning and executing trading activity on the shop floor during the twilight shift to ensure great availability standards and key metrics.

- Lead with impact: leading and coaching colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shop floor standards.

- Execution-focused: ensuring the shop floor is presentable for customers before handing over to the night team.

- Talent Development: listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business.

Requirements:

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change.

- Strong customer service focus.

- Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.
