## Description

Join GSK's legal team in Asia Pacific as a Legal Counsel - Investigations and Litigation. You will work on business-critical investigations and litigation, collaborating with internal partners and external counsel to address complex challenges. The role involves managing sensitive internal investigations, providing commercial legal advice, and developing effective responses to regulatory issues.

Responsibilities:

- Manage sensitive internal investigations across Asia Pacific

- Provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice and support to business partners

- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop effective responses to regulatory issues

- Monitor and review developments in local laws and regulations

- Support and present in training sessions

Requirements:

- Law degree from a recognized institution

- Minimum 5 years' experience in investigations, regulatory matters, or litigation

- Strong understanding of Asia Pacific legal and regulatory environments

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a multinational corporate or law firm setting

- Working knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-bribery, or compliance programs

- Fluency in English and one or more Asian languages

- Proven ability to manage complex investigations

- Familiarity with dispute resolution and litigation processes in Asia Pacific
