## Description

We are seeking a skilled Market Street Baker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Market Street Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods every day, including fresh bread, rolls, baps, barms, cobs, and jam doughnuts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver friendly, helpful service that highlights the fresh bakery products we offer every shift.

- Bake and prepare a wide range of breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products to company specification.

- Maintain fresh, attractive bakery displays fully stocked throughout the trading day to ensure product availability.

- Operate bakery equipment safely, maintain high health and safety standards, and support other fresh counters when needed.

- Confidently use bakery equipment, skilled in preparing bakery products to spec using ovens, provers, and mixers safely.
