## Description

Visa's Global Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions (CDMA) team is seeking a Manager to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of public and private company acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic initiatives.

The Manager will work closely with the Corporate Development & M&A Leaders as well as business unit teams on strategy development and opportunity identification, contributing to a systematic and ongoing deal flow process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting Visa's growth strategy through identification, assessment, and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures

- Conducting rigorous analyses, including valuation and business case modeling, to provide detailed guidance and insight regarding potential acquisitions and investments

- Partnering with Corporate Development & M&A Leaders as well as business unit teams on strategy development and opportunity identification

- Supporting business unit coverage to maintain an ongoing flow of ideas aligned with their strategic objectives

- Participating in Visa's detailed diligence processes, partnering with Visa colleagues and external advisors to develop understanding of complex businesses efficiently

- Helping to identify and communicate rationales and risks associated with proposed transactions

- Supporting the preparation of presentations for Visa's senior leadership

- Assisting the Visa Integration/Separation team on post-close planning and execution activities

- Supporting Visa's global industry engagement and deal relationships with investment banking, PE, and VC firms

This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days in the office.
