## What you'll do

As the Senior People Technology Analyst at Razer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding the use of Workday, our global HRIS platform. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and ensure Workday is leveraged to its fullest potential.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand operational needs, user pain points, and Workday-related requirements. Assess feasibility and propose system-led solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
