## Description

Nium, the global leader in real-time, cross-border payments, is seeking a Vice President - Product to lead the strategy, commercial performance, and end-to-end evolution of its global payments product portfolio.

The successful candidate will operate as a mini-GM and true product owner for their portfolio, accountable for vision and delivery, market fit, go-to-market readiness, adoption, revenue, margin, and long-term performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating as the mini-GM and accountable product owner for a significant portfolio spanning payments, card issuance, and emerging stablecoin capabilities

- Owning the complete product lifecycle, from customer discovery to product retirement

- Setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team

- Owning the commercial success of the portfolio, shaping business cases, pricing, packaging, and investment decisions

- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to define target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market plans

- Building a disciplined customer-insight engine through direct customer engagement and research

- Maintaining a strong view of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and market structure

- Using AI tools fluently and effectively to accelerate research, insight synthesis, and product execution

- Leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing product organization

- Driving the evolution of Nium's global money-movement capabilities, including cross-border payments, real-time payment rails, and settlement infrastructure

- Leading the strategy for Nium's card-issuance platform and stablecoin and digital-asset product strategy

The ideal candidate will have significant product leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or financial technology, including experience leading senior product teams and a product-owner and mini-GM mindset.
